Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy:
UArizona is committed to creating and maintaining an environment free of discrimination. In support of this commitment, the University prohibits discrimination, including harassment and retaliation, based on a protected classification, including race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetic information. The University encourages anyone who believes he or she has been the subject of discrimination to report the matter immediately.” All members of the University community are responsible for participating in creating a campus environment free from all forms of prohibited discrimination and for cooperating with University officials who investigate allegations of policy violations.
Face coverings are required in our testing offices: Per UArizona Administrative Directive, face coverings that cover the nose, mouth, and chin are required to be worn in all learning spaces at the UArizona (e.g., in classrooms, laboratories and studios). Any student/candidate who violates this directive will be asked to immediately leave the learning space, and will be allowed to return only when they are wearing a face covering. Subsequent episodes of noncompliance by UArizona students will result in a Student Code of Conduct complaint being filed with the Dean of Students Office, which may result in sanctions being applied. Exam candidates may be asked to reschedule their exam if not compliant with the Directive. Face masks may be purchased from the Bookstore. If you believe that your disability or medical condition precludes you from utilizing any face covering or mask options, please notify your exam sponsor prior to scheduling an exam.
We try to keep our website information updated. However, we reserve the right to make corrections. If you have questions about an exam, please contact the exam sponsor directly.
Fees are payable by debit card or credit card when scheduling your appointment. We do not accept American Express, checks or Bursar student billing.
