Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Please notify the Testing Office by phone or email no less than 24-hours prior to your scheduled exam.  All cancellations or rescheduled exams that do not meet this deadline are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire test fee.

*IELTS and CBT/ETS/Prometric exams have separate cancellation/reschedule policies.  Please review each exams' policies.
