Health Education Systems Incorporated
The Health Education Systems Incorporated (HESI A2) admission assessment exam is utilized in the application process for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master’s Entry for the Profession of Nursing (MEPN) professional programs. HESI sections you will be tested on include Reading, Vocabulary, Math and Biology.
Required Identification:
A valid government-issued ID that contains both your photograph and your signature.

Exam must be purchased at Evolve prior to scheduling an appointment with the Testing Center. Need help creating a HESI account? After you have purchased the exam, pay the Administration Fee and contact the Testing Center (520) 621-7589 to schedule an appointment. We recommend scheduling your appoint at least a week in advance.
