Certified Health Education Specialists
Certified Health Education Specialists are offered in April and October each year through the UA Testing Office. There are two locations where the CHES exam is offered in Arizona, the UA Testing Office and Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. The CHES is also offered at San Diego State University in San Diego, CA.
Required Identification:
Government-issued photo ID.
